With the start of a new year comes new resolutions, including lots of health goals. But our society can get pretty confused about what it means to be healthy. If you plan on pursuing better physical health this year, PLEASE don’t do so at the expense of other areas of your health.

In this episode, I’ll go over 8 different aspects of health that all influence one another. Just like you can’t pull on one strand of a web without affecting the other strands, these areas of health are all interconnected.
